World of Warcraft Item Upgrader
The upgrader for items lets players improve their the performance of weapons and armor. It requires a Power Dices and the items required to complete the upgrade.
Upgrades cost Valorstones, and depending on the upgrade track you select, you will receive a certain amount of Harbinger Crests. They may also fail. Failure to upgrade will result in an item losing its level of upgrade as well as the material used for the upgrade.
Recyclable Items

Rerolling
Rerolling lets players alter the stats of a ring, weapon or other armor. The item's green button with circling circles is pressed to accomplish this. The new stats replace the previous ones, so you cannot have multiple upgrades on a single item. However, the rerolling process doesn't alter the perks.
